What is KAOSPILOT?
KAOSPILOT is a school and multi-sided education in creative leadership and meaningful entrepreneurship established 30 years ago in Aarhus, Denmark. Our teaching programs are not designed simply to shape students to fit the future, but to help them create it.

KAOSPILOT+ Berlin is the Berlin-based home of the Kaospilots and offers a learning platform for design, sustainable entrepreneurship, activism, and positive change in the German capital and beyond. It is founded on the belief that positive social impact can be achieved through collaborative initiative, innovative design, value-based leadership, and activistic engagement.
Kaospilot centers on students’ potential to develop and to achieve – tapping into their creativity, giving it a direction, creating a setting that will get them there and navigate the uncertainties that will follow. We provide space and a place where creatives and potential change-makers can develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and competencies they need to fulfill their values and visions. We build the frameworks within which creative minds can become creative leaders. As such, they are encouraged to develop ambitious ideas and solutions that contribute to the greater good in society and that demonstrate a social and environmental awareness.
Over the years, Kaospilot has worked with hundreds of organizations from South Korea to Chile, South Africa to Canada. BusinessWeek has recognized Kaospilot as one of the best design schools in the world, and Fast Company has named it in its Startup Leagues Big 10, preparing you for the fast moving startup economy.
Out of more than 600 Kaospilot graduates, one third have gone on to start companies, NGOs and other similar initiatives. Around half hold some sort of management position.
Education
Kaospilot exists to educate and to support educational development. Our first focus is our own programs, through which we foster enterprising leaders, change-makers, creators and responsible entrepreneurs.
